Valve Bellows are better known as "Zero Leak Valves" or "Emission Free Valves".Here a bellow is used between the housing and the central rising stem to seal the inside completely from the outside world to prevent leakage. This is done by welding the bellows to the bonnet on the top and the stem base at the bottom. As the valve system moves up and down, the bellows accordingly expands or contracts, matching the stroke movement. Since there are no sliding or rotating valves, the fluid remains completely sealed, thus saving on energy and maintenance costs. Advantages
